Housing Rehabilitation Programs

HOME and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the Department of Community & Economic Development’s Center for Community Development are utilized to provide moderate rehabilitation to single unit, owner occupied, low to moderate income homes in all of Lawrence County’s 23 non-entitlement municipalities.

General Services Provided:
• Provides moderate rehabilitation to single unit, owner occupied, low to moderate income homes.
• Provides assistance in helping home owners and tenants afford a home that is within compliance of the local minimum housing codes and regulations.

Eligibility Requirements:
• Target population: owner occupied, low to moderate income homes.
• Income guidelines are based on HUD median income limits.

Lawrence County
When: June 3rd and 5th from 5:30pm to 9:30pm
Where: LCCAP Main Office

When: June 11th and 13th from 5:30pm to 9:30pm
Where: Penn State Shenango Campus
