VITA

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, (VITA) provides free income tax preparation to residents of Lawrence County. Volunteers are trained by certified accountants to use software provided by the IRS. VITA sites are located in several different areas within Lawrence County to accommodate all residents. This program is in cooperation with the IRS.

General Services Provided:
• Provides free income tax preparation for residents of Lawrence County.

Eligibility Requirements:
• Target population: residents of Lawrence County.
• Income Guidelines vary each year according to the IRS.

Lawrence County
When: June 3rd and 5th from 5:30pm to 9:30pm
