GreenWorks

GreenWorks is a “hands on” employment training opportunity which provides specialized training on the proper selection, installation and use of certain “Green” building supplies and techniques. Individuals will receive one on one training from individuals with extensive experience in the construction fields and will provide assistance to low income homeowners by the installation of green products and the rehabilitation of homes within our communities.

General Services Provided:
•Hands-on training in the various construction trades.
•General improvements to homes in our community.

Eligibility Requirements:
•Individual must meet income eligibility of 200% of poverty or less.
•Individual must be able to pass job interview process.
•All participants must be able to pass a general background check.

Lawrence County
When: June 3rd and 5th from 5:30pm to 9:30pm
Where: LCCAP Main Office

When: June 11th and 13th from 5:30pm to 9:30pm
Where: Penn State Shenango Campus
