Homeless Assistance

Through several programs, homeless households are able to obtain comprehensive supportive services in order to obtain and retain housing, increase their income, and move toward self sufficiency. Case managers meet weekly with homeless households in order to assess the client’s needs, make referrals to services, provide financial literacy information, and teach life skills.

General Services Provided:
• Comprehensive Assessment.
• Information and Referral.
• Housing Clearinghouse (housing search assistance, housing information, etc).
• Comprehensive Case Management.
• Life Skills.
• Financial Literacy.

Eligibility Requirements:
• Proof of homelessness.
• No income guidelines apply.

When: June 3rd and 5th from 5:30pm to 9:30pm
